| Ингредиенты
креветки крупные варено-мороженые (королевские или тигровые) - 1 кг
соевый соус - 2 столовые ложки
чеснок - 2-3 зубчика
соль - 2 столовые ложки
Рецепт приготовления
Замороженные креветки высыпать в кастрюлю, залить водой, посолить и довести до кипения.
Слить воду из креветок, остудить их и очистить от панцирей.
Разогреть на сковороде растительное масло, высыпать туда очищенные креветки, вылить соевый соус и добавить раздавленный чеснок.
Обжарить все вместе на сильном огне.
Выключить креветки и остудить на сковороде.
Креветки с чесноком готовы.
